SPORTS PHYSICALS & $ DUE 10/31/09

Physical documentation and registration payments must be received in the office by October 31st for students to participate in games or practices.  Once physical information and payments are received, then student may participate after the 10/31 deadline.  There will be a free physical given by the school physician on Monday, October 26th, but student must sign up by October 8th by parent(s) completing a permission slip available in the gold envelope or school office.
